Carrie J. Little and Marc Little have over 25 years of combined real estate experience, helping families and individuals find their dream homes and assisting sellers in marketing their properties. Their property marketing skills and dedication to fulfilling their clients’ needs have earned them an esteemed reputation in the local real estate community.
Carrie is the Managing Broker of CarMarc Realty Group. She works diligently to educate the agents in her office and prides herself on motivating them to focus on the consumer. Carrie has been featured on the Real Estate Almanac Watchlist and is an alumna of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program.
Before entering the real estate industry, Carrie worked in technology, television editing, commercial real estate, non-profit, and retail industries. Her background in real estate dates back to 1997 when she was a part-time host for a builder where she owns a home. In addition to her residential expertise, Carrie possesses extensive knowledge of the commercial industry, having served as a legal admin for one of the largest commercial real estate holders in the United States.
Carrie began her real estate career in 2001 and quickly mastered the residential business and systems that contributed to her success.
A lifetime Illinois resident and a resident of DuPage County since 1996, Carrie has been actively involved in volunteer work in Mexico, local fundraising events, and organizations such as Mother’s and More DuPage County Chapter and the Women’s Council of REALTORS®. She served as the 2014 President for a local network and the 2017 State President of the Women’s Council of REALTORS®.
Carrie and Marc enjoy helping the next generation understand the importance of completing college and developing lifelong learning skills.
